they say the best is always saved for last. well, this happens to be the best idea yet on her page I think.this is the perfect use for cartons that doesn't involve giving your mom a pen holder for mother's day!cute, sexy, simple, cheap!I think this will be the fashion bag of spring and summer 2011. I have seen umbrellas made from these but not bags! pretty useful and creative. anyone could make this I am sure. I think I will get one of those umbrellas so I can match when I go out in the rain. mabye create some rainboots to match as well! gotta love other uses for newspapers! great to make once you are tired of sunday's paper.
headbands made from ribbon, chip bags and can tabs! another interesting and inventive thing to do with your trash. quite exquisite looking as well! great idea for the style forward woman!
this is another awesome thing on there that I actually was looking for a solution for. My mom always has altoids but we couldn't figure out what to make with them! I think I will make mine into cardholders for a friend who desperately needs some hip cardholers for her business cards! epic awesomeness as me and my sister would say!
that same girl makes magnetic tic tac toe games out of bottle tops and tiles it looks like. pretty inventive. never thought about tictactoe being magnetic. I have been noticing this came out in my eighth grade year when people started to be more concerned with the environment. while I do not immediately find them attractive then, I see thier purpose and beauty now. I plan to make one of these as well. but its not gonna be a purse. maybe a reusable grocery bag. sounds more awesome the bigger it gets in my head. lol.
I am planning on finding all the caps I can to make such earrings and also to make a necklace and a sculpture of a giraffe like the one that used to be in my local art museum. fun but no one just litters anymore it seems! so if you drink please litter but do not get caught! some artists need you to leave them in the dirt preferably thank you. and go home if you are really drunk. just saying. :)

I saw these and was like " I have to make this!" It is so simple and very sophisticated. I like that this stuff all takes trash or everyday things we normally throw away and uses them to be jewelry and protect the environment.

I know this is not like fashion but this is my only craft blog so its not just gonna have fashion on here! I think this is a great thing to do especially since we are polluting stuff with things that aren't being reused and we should protect those super special moments. great idea! maybe I could use an old one no one wants....
i already had this idea to make earrings out of buttons and dangly.pretty cool though with the colors and all. :)
these were made by someone using a bike chain! pretty cool. think I will make my own... they look like mini phones!
I plan to make things that look like this if I can take apart our old computer!there are some pillows out there that I could make to match these.
this necklace I will attempt but I do not know if I can make this one look as good. We'll see.
this one will take a longer time to make due to absence of the zippers... but I will collect some and make into something that i hope will be beautiful as this necklace.
this may be a little harder to make than the rest due to sharp edges and having to clean off excess food or whatever. but this I plan to make as well.

Christmas light set.pretty cool. never thought of this. But I plan on making this because we have quite alot of these old lights.and I have access to old chains.


Well! whew! lots of ideas and projects for me to work on at home now!I have to go find all the materials for this stuff and take pictures of them and post them for everyone. I guarantee you that they will probably not look as awesome as this, but we never know until we try! SO hopefully I can make all of these things and make them just as fantabulous as these people made them.
